As a football player for Princeton High School, most football related items are provided on our behalf.  The only thing needed is a good pair of cleats.  For skill positions...low ankle cleats are preferred by most players.  High-top cleats are most preferred by offensive & defensive lineman.  The color of the cleat should be predominately white.  If choosing an accent color, it should be royal blue
