- Game Day Information:
- Buses depart from the PAC entrance of PHS. We usually leave for games around 2:30 and are home by 7pm depending on the distance to and from our opponent.
- Late buses (not volleyball specific) leave between 5:30-7:30 from the front of PHS.

- Jog, stretch (click for video), pepper (click for video), hit, volley, serve.

- One more offseason training idea:
- Beach volleyball is a great work out to get you ready for the season. Moving in the sand is more strenuous than on a court, and the soft surface will allow you to practice diving and extension skills.
