PHS Fencing   Princeton High School Fencing Team
  How to join the team  
  Our mission is to teach the sport of fencing to any interested students
  • No experience is necessary: While some students may have previous experience, it is not necessary to participate on the team
  • It is a NO-CUT team: We do not cut any students from the team
  • You do not need your own equipment: The school has equipment that the students can learn
  • Fencing is a very safe sport: Fencing had the second lowest incidence of serious injury of any of the Olympic sports.

Team Participation
  • The team holds six practices a week
  • We attempt to schedule one meet a week with a local school or a UFC conference school
  • PHS Fencing participates in the Cetrulo and Santelli meets with 60+ schools from NJ and NY
  • The season ends with District and State championships
Princeton High School Fencing was started as a club team in 2012 by students that had a serious interest in fencing
  • The team became a varsity fencing team in 2014
  • The Boys Saber squad was the first to qualify for the State Championships in 2017
